This Return Policy outlines how to request a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased directly from our website quazrelxchran.ddd.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased directly from our website within the past 30 days
  • In unused and resalable condition, with original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Custom or personalized orders may be ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us for assistance with custom order concerns.

How to Start a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to online@quazrelxchran.world within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will respond within two business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel to help us process your return quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund when return shipping labels are provided by us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different fragrance, size, or product, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. For heat-sensitive products such as candles, be sure to open your package soon after delivery to confirm that items have arrived in optimal condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom-blended or personalized candles
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we provide you with a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside New Zealand, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Returns from international destinations must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect declarations will be deducted from the refund amount.
