Yes, we ship to select international destinations including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and most European countries. International shipping times vary by destination, typically taking 7-14 business days. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country's customs authorities.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter production and cannot be changed. For custom orders, changes can be made during the consultation phase, before the final design is approved. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

To maximize your candle's performance:

1. For the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container (about 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling in future burns.
2. Always trim the wick to 6mm before each lighting to prevent smoking and ensure an even burn.
3. Burn for 1-4 hours at a time. Longer burns can cause overheating.
4. Keep away from drafts, which can cause uneven burning.
5. Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Tunneling occurs when only the center of the candle burns down, leaving hard wax around the edges. This typically happens when the first burn wasn't long enough to melt the entire top layer of wax. To fix mild tunneling, you can:

1. Wrap aluminum foil around the top of the candle, leaving a hole in the center for the flame. This helps distribute heat to the edges.
2. Use a candle warmer to melt the entire surface evenly.
3. For severe tunneling, you can use a heat gun on low setting to carefully melt the surface (caution required).

To prevent tunneling in the future, always ensure your first burn allows the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container.

If your candle is smoking, it usually indicates the wick is too long. Extinguish the flame, let the candle cool for a moment, then trim the wick to about 6mm and relight. Other causes of smoking include:

• Drafts from open windows, fans, or air vents
• Debris in the wax (keep the wax pool clean)
• Burning the candle for too long (over 4 hours)

Our soy wax candles naturally produce less smoke than paraffin candles, but proper care is still important for a clean burn.

Absolutely! Our containers are designed to be reused. Once your candle is finished:

1. Allow any remaining wax to solidify.
2. Place the container in the freezer for a few hours—this will cause the wax to contract and separate from the sides.
3. Gently push the remaining wax out with a butter knife or spoon.
4. Wash with warm, soapy water.

Our containers make beautiful holders for small plants, makeup brushes, pens, or even as drinking glasses. If you prefer not to reuse them, they are recyclable.
